Wormhole

0x8C82B2fd82FaeD2711d59AF0F2499D16e726f6b2Wormhole is an interoperability protocol that passes messages between blockchains. Its security rests on a network of 19 nodes called Guardians.
Inotel is one of the 19 Guardians. Each Guardian runs full nodes for the connected networks, observes the messages emitted by the Wormhole contracts, validates them independently and signs them.
A message only becomes valid once 13 of the 19 Guardians have signed the same observation. No single Guardian can approve a transfer on its own.
Inotel also runs a validator on Wormhole Gateway, the protocol's Cosmos chain.
What the Guardian role means
A Guardian watches every connected network in parallel and only signs observations it has verified itself, on its own infrastructure. The 13 of 19 signature threshold means the protocol holds even if several operators fail or misbehave.
